WELCOME TO PROJECT EXPOSURE
“Project Exposure” is a youth mentoring program developed and sponsored by the Commissioner Bruce Holmes Youth Foundation (CBHYF). The program was established to enhance and promote leadership development, achievement, and success in mentees 6th through 12th grade. The program follows a group mentoring model wherein students are divided into grade levels, with each group participating in age appropriate activities. The groups are categorized by grade levels, hover over icons below to see which level your child qualifies for:

“Project Exposure” seeks to expose mentees to activities which promote the pursuit of higher education, positive self-esteem, artistic and cultural intelligence, and positive interaction between our youth and the adult community. Through group mentoring, “Project Exposure” challenges mentees to excel by consistently exposing them to successful, alternative ways of living.

The program raises the standard of excellence and expectation among our participants; promotes a climate of cultural enhancement through workshops such as business etiquette and public speaking; and mobilizes the adult community to give back by serving as mentors and coaches.

“Project Exposure” will run concurrently with the Henry County School year calendar. Each month on the 1st and 3rd Saturday participants in the program will gather for a 2 hour mentoring/enrichment workshop. On occasion the sessions will be longer due to fieldtrips and other activities.

Mentors and mentees will assemble as a group and explore a specific tenet each month. The activity for the first meeting of the month will consist of a field trip, activity, or speaker. During the second meeting the mentors and mentees will divide into group settings to discuss points from the previous meeting.
